The mandate of the Professional Committee goes beyond promotion and enhancement of professionalism at all levels within the Firm. BLG's Professional Committee, comprised of Partners from each of our offices, develops continuing education programs that support our professionals in providing to our clients the very best legal counsel. The curriculum is supported by a Mentor Program that provides feedback and ideas that we continue to develop and build on as a team.

Continued learning is but one aspect of professional excellence at BLG. Our professionals require support from practical tools, resources and systems essential to delivering the best legal counsel effectively and efficiently. To ensure innovation harnessing expert knowledge, we formed the Excellent Knowledge Management Action Group. We invest a lot of time and money in the development of support resources with the client's best interests as our overriding objective.
