Jean-Pierre Michaud is an associate at our Montréal office. Mr. Michaud was admitted to the Québec Bar in 2002 and graduated from the Faculty of Law of McGill University in both Civil Law and Common Law. He also studied international law at the Université Aix-Marseille III (France).

• Mr. Michaud pleads before various courts in Québec, including the Court of Appeal, the Superior Court and the Commission d’accès à l’information.
• He is involved in various procedures such as commercial litigation, injunctions, Anton Piller orders and seizures before judgment.
• His litigation experience includes contract disputes, civil liability, defamation, privacy issues, debt collection, fraud, piracy, counterfeiting, product liability and shareholder disputes.
