Background

Suzanne Courchesne is a partner at our Montréal office. Ms. Courchesne was admitted to the Québec Bar in 1989 and is a graduate of the Université Laval Law School.

Areas of Practice

• She is the regional leader of our Health Law Group in Montréal.
• Ms. Courchesne practises in litigation, particularly in matters of insurance, as well as civil and professional liability. She specializes in health law and represents hospitals in liability cases, including several class actions.
• Ms. Courchesne also has experience in construction law and commercial litigation, and regularly pleads before Québec courts.

• Ms. Courchesne was a guest speaker on health law and civil and professional liability at a conference organized by the Association des hôpitaux du Québec (Québec Hospital Association). She has also given lectures at events organized by Canadian Institute of Toronto.
