BLG is a sponsor of the LawWorks Education Law Institute, to be held on September 24, 2010 at the 89 Chestnut Conference Centre, Toronto. Hosted by the University of Toronto Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, the Toronto District School Board and Borden Ladner Gervais LLP (BLG), this event wil provide attendees with a clear and up-to-date understanding of the framework of provincial and federal laws and of recent jurisprudence related to education and schools.
A number of BLG lawyers, including Margot Blight, Eric Roher, Susan Sorensen, Melanie Warner, and Robert Weir, will be speaking on various topics related to education law.
